Bleeding Hart is an upbeat indie song rich with harmonies about the joy, thrill and uncertainty in a new relationship and feels like a fitting way to return to releasing music following the success of his 2021 album, loss, which dealt with some difficult topics.

Since that release Nick Pike spent time trying to rebuild his life and write new music. Following a couple of instrumental tracks and remixes shared via SoundCloud, he is back with his first full song in nearly a year. For fans of Local Natives, Manchester Orchestra and Everything Everything
